Regional College of Management, popularly known as RCM Bhubaneswar, is a private management institute founded in 1982 in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The institute is affiliated with Biju Patnaik University of Technology and Utkal University. The institute is approved by AICTE and accredited by NAAC. The institute has been ranked 117th by IIRF under the Management category in 2025 and 97th by The Week under the Management category in 2024. It offers various regular and certification courses at UG & PG levels in the disciplines of Management, Computer Application and Tourism Administration. The institute offers MBA as its flagship programme. To be eligible for admission to the MBA program, the candidate must pass graduation from a recognised university with 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST). RCM Bhubaneswar Admission to the MBA program is based on OJEE/MAT/CAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA or any other test approved by Govt. of Odisha/BPUT score followed by a Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
